I hope you are all well and enjoying the last few days of the summer holidays.
We are looking forward to welcoming all pupils in Reception , Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5 and Y6 and Nursery (Group 1) back to school for the start of the Autumn term on Tuesday 5th September. Breakfast club opens at 8am – please pay on Parent pay app for sessions before 820am with the free session commencing from 820am onwards.
School session times : Nursery 9.00am- 11.30am (doors open from 8.50am)
Foundation Phase: Reception, Years 1 and 2, 8.55am- 3.00pm (doors open from 8.45am)
Key Stage 2, Years 3,4,5 and 6, 8.50am -3.05pm (doors open from 8.40am)
A reminder that all pupils in Years, Reception to Y6 will now be entitled to a free school meal from Welsh Government.
However ,we kindly ask that you pre order your child’s meal or sandwich on the Parent Pay app before 8am on the day they require the meal.( you can pre- order for the week) Please order your child’s meal at home as you can appreciate how much time this will take in class out of their learning time.
I f you are having problems with the parent pay app, please contact Mrs Evans, who will be available to phone at school on Monday – 01978 820719.
Please remember to clearly label you child’s school uniform and send them into school with a filled water bottle and a healthy snack, fruit or yogurt for their break.
Your new class teacher will be in touch early next week on classdojo to welcome you and your child to their new class and give you information regarding PE days and Forest school.
