New rugby kit !

Both the boys and girls rugby squad tried on their new rugby tops today! They all look really smart! We cant wait to play in them. We have a rugby festival at The Rock on the 2oth May and the Crusaders Cup in June. Come on Cefn!

Year 5 Visit to Ysgol Rhiwabon 23.3.16

Year 5 went on a visit to Ysgol Rhiwabon to make rocket cars. Their behaviour was excellent and they all enjoyed making their cars and testing them on the test track. Sarae was the winner today with a speed of 29 miles per hour. They were all surprised by a gift of an Easter Egg each. Ysgol Cefn Mawr v St.Peters, Rossett

Year 5/6 Squash Taster Session

Brymbo squash club’s Abbie Barkley and Jim Tunley visited school to let the pupils have a go at mini-squash. The pupils enjoyed the session so hopefully we will be able to ask for some more sessions after Christmas.
